admin 你电脑上是不是之前安装过office软件？ 如果是的话，需要把之前的卸载掉才可以，你可以使用geekuninstaller来彻底卸载之前安装过的ofiice软件 卸载软件：https://geekuninstaller.com/
jackcashman 谢谢博主，我之前确实安过Micorsoft365与Onedrive软件，看到您的视频后，先用了geekuninstaller卸载，geekuninstaller无法使用，之后在程序与功能页面把Micorsoft365卸载了，然而OneDrive无法卸载，刚才按博主的指导，再次启用geekuninstaller，依旧无法时使用，恳请博主提供新办法谢谢
